About the role We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our team and help us create and commercialise a first-class digital learning environment. As an E-learning Content Creator, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and developing our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure that our customers and employees have an optimal learning experience. In addition to LMS administration, you will also be creating and editing training course videos. The role will be part of the Marketing and Training team, consisting of five people.

This is a newly established role, offering the opportunity to shape it and make a personal impact. The role is positioned at BraunAbilitys office in Stenkullen, outside Gothenburg.

Responsibilities

• Handling all tasks related to our LMS (Learning Management System) such as, bookings, training data, certifications, content updates and user management.
• Create and publish e-learning materials, courses, and training modules within the LMS.
• Collaborate with Training Manager and other experts to create and implement new training programs.
• Collect and analyse data from the LMS to generate reports on usage, completed trainings, and course results.
• Film and edit training videos and courses in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Provide support to users by responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to the LMS.
• Contact with customers and together with the training manager and marketing department, improve the provided and perceived value of training.
• Participate in projects aimed at developing and improving the learning platform and processes.
• Create a self-sustaining commercial method to enhance the training experience
• Support with general content creation within the organisation.

Who are you? We see that you hold a Bachelor’s degree or similar in Communication, Design, Information Technology, or a related field. You have minimum three years of experience working in a similar role with proven skills in content creation. Desirably with focus on video production, including strong editing abilities using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar software. Strong understanding of digital learning methodologies and pedagogy. You need to have a creative mindset and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and preferably Swedish. We also believe that you feel comfortable in front of the camera and have an interest in technical solutions.
