As our RGM and Category Manager, you will lead the development of the Commercial and Category Strategy and Operational Excellence for your designated categories across the Nordics. You will closely collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, External Category Management, Finance and Shopper Marketing teams to shape our strategy and ensure delivery of operational excellence.
Your Tasks
Commercial Strategy - Develop commercial strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and share targets.
Operational Excellence - Lead OPEX implementation for your categories, enabling recommendations on range, innovation, availability, and pricing.
Commercial Steering - Coordinate delivery of commercial targets and close gaps with Sales, Marketing, Shopper, and Finance teams.
NSP, TTC, and Floor Price Management - Monitor NSP and TTC, ensure floor price adherence, set promotional guidelines, and improve GM and TTC efficiency.
Category Strategies - Collaborate with Marketing and Global S&CM to develop long-term category strategies.
Category Sell-in - Work with External Category Managers to ensure strong engagement stories and highlight operational excellence opportunities.
NPD - Contribute to NPD Go-to-Market Strategy, managing distribution and pricing for new launches.
Analytics & Insights - Utilize various data sources (e.g. B.One, Nielsen, IQVIA, Kantar, Shopper data) to identify commercial and category opportunities through data-driven recommendations.
