We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented System Owner to support our customer in the automotive industry.
You will take ownership of the engine and aftertreatment system, acting as the central point of contact for various internal and external stakeholders.
This is a key role combining technical understanding, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries related to the engine and aftertreatment systems from production, aftermarket, development teams, and other vehicle electrical systems.
- Support issue investigation and problem-solving related to system functionality, integration, or performance.
- Ensure that both internal and external requirements are captured, documented, and addressed by the appropriate teams.
- Maintain system documentation and traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with embedded systems developers, system architects, and test teams.
- Provide technical expertise and support across multiple stages of the system development process.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in complex embedded systems or engine control environments.
- Strong understanding of automotive system development and related standards.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Fluency in Swedish or English.
Meriting/Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with engine control systems.
- Background in automotive diagnostics or functional safety.
- Familiarity with automotive tools, software, and architecture (e.g., CAN, AUTOSAR, Vector tools, etc.)
