Assignment Overview

We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our client's AI/ML team. You will play a key role in designing and developing scalable ML systems and infrastructure, contributing to both research and production-ready ML products in a complex and data-rich environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML software products.
• Explore large datasets, perform feature engineering, and evaluate model outputs.
• Scale ML solutions to meet the needs of a large, distributed business network.
• Build and maintain large-scale data infrastructure for AI/ML projects.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using software engineering best practices.
• Develop shared ML components and frameworks (e.g., for feature reuse, A/B testing, traceability).
• Collaborate within cross-functional agile teams, including engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong programming skills with at least 3 years of experience in Python.
• Proven experience building software products successfully deployed in production environments.
• Solid understanding of MLOps and experience in developing and deploying ML pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud, especially Vertex AI).
• Working knowledge of modern AI/ML techniques and frameworks.
• Experience with high-volume data handling, including batch and stream processing.
• Strong grasp of data structures, data storage technologies, and databases.
• Comfortable working in agile teams with a focus on collaboration, experimentation, and data-driven development.

Certification Requirement

• Cloud certification in GCP, AWS, or Azure is required.
• Consultants not already certified must obtain a certificate within 1 month of the assignment start date.
