Scope of Work
The consultant is expected to:
- Independently plan and drive the transformation process for each section in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop a common operational model for the entire Delivery Unit.
- Prepare the following deliverables:
- Role descriptions
- Documentation and process maps
- Analyses and performance measurements related to service delivery
- Conduct structured employee dialogues to capture perspectives and insights relevant to the change process.
- Ensure process development is synchronized with other IT departments.
- Provide the management team with decision-making support and strategic recommendations.
Mandatory Requirements
The consultant must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 4 years of documented experience in project and change management, including budgeting, resource allocation, documentation, and requirements analysis.
- Proven experience leading change initiatives according to established project and quality management methodologies.
- Certification in a recognized change management framework (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, or similar).
- Experience with:
- Resource and time planning
- Cost and delivery tracking
- Stakeholder and executive reporting
- Line management experience in service management or service/product delivery within a large organization.
