Scope of Work

The consultant is expected to:

• Independently plan the replacement operations in close collaboration with:
• Representatives from relevant municipal departments
• Hardware vendors
• Subcontractors responsible for installation work
• Coordinate access to physical locations to ensure smooth execution according to schedule.
• Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of equipment and installations, adhering to predefined routines and standards.
• Maintain continuous dialogue with stakeholders to manage dependencies and changes.

Required Qualifications

The consultant must meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in project management, including:
• Budgeting
• Resource allocation
• Documentation
• Requirement specification
• Proven experience in leading technical projects using established project models and quality standards.
• Skills in:
• Resource and time planning
• Cost tracking and delivery follow-up
• Reporting to clients and project stakeholders
