The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager/ BD Manager with excellent Swedish language skills to lead and drive sales in the Nordic region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding our client base, and fostering strong relationships across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. You will work closely with a Recruitment consultant and oversee business development efforts, and ensure we meet and exceed sales targets across the Nordic market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to attract new clients and grow business within the Nordic region.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand our presence and secure new business across various sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal team to ensure the successful delivery of recruitment solutions and services to clients in the Nordics.
  • Stay current with industry trends and market dynamics in the Nordic region, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Profile

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within recruitment or staffing, with a focus on the Nordic market.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both Swedish and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong track record of building client relationships and driving sales growth across the Nordic region.
  • Experience in IT or in the Medical sectors is of merit
  • Excellent organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
