As a Global Account Director, Volvo cars and Geely EU regionat ZF, You will be responsible for developing relationships with national and international clients for ZF, with the goal of reaching global sales revenue goals by targeting specific accounts.
As well as having responsibility for sales resources dedicated to his area of responsibility. Recruit, train and manage a team of dedicated account managers globally.
We expect you to be the connection link between product strategy division and customer strategy marketing.
The role is focused on managing the account to drive profitable and long-term revenue growth as well as customer satisfaction.
This means to take care of an effective service delivery, renewal of existing business and the identification of major new sales opportunities.
To succeed as an Global Account Manager for Volvo/Geely, you need to be fluent in Mandarin and English and it’s preferable if you speak some Swedish as well.
To have a deep understanding of automotive business, market trends, innovation and financial KPIs as well as the ability to manage a global team and experience of at least 8-10 years in team management is also a must.

· 15 years of experience in Automotive Business
· Proven management skills
· Intercultural adaptability
· Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and English
· Experience from working with Geely for more than 5 years
