Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Data Strategy

• Define and lead the organization’s data architecture strategy aligned with long-term business objectives.
• Develop a technical roadmap following architectural principles and design best practices.

Data Architecture Design & Governance

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing data architecture frameworks.
• Enforce data governance processes to ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency.

Data Modeling & Integration

• Lead the development of physical data models, ensuring alignment with conceptual and logical models.
• Integrate data from various sources to support real-time analytics and decision-making.

Technology & Innovation

• Drive adoption of modern data technologies defined by the central platform team.
• Promote innovation within the logistics and manufacturing operations domain.

Mentorship & Leadership

• Provide technical guidance to architects, engineers, and modelers.
• Foster a collaborative and learning-oriented culture within the data organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to align data architecture standards across engineering, analytics, and development teams.

Business Transformation

• Ensure data assets support scalable growth, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Develop and maintain domain architecture strategies, guidelines, and standards
• Support the migration of analytics solutions to a Unified Data Platform
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Conduct architecture reviews to ensure compliance and quality
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data architecture

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
• Extensive experience as a data architect in enterprise environments
• Deep knowledge of Azure Data Services, including:
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure Synapse Analytics
• Azure Databricks
• Azure Data Lake
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end scalable solutions
• Strong skills in strategic thinking and change management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Structured, analytical, and proactive mindset
• Able to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
• Empathetic and collaborative team player with leadership qualities
