Assignment Overview

In this role, you will plan, coordinate, execute, and follow up on testing activities to ensure the system functions according to specifications and meets end-user needs — all while minimizing risk and ensuring a smooth transition without operational disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute test activities for a new system implementation
• Conduct tests, compile results, and report deviations
• Ensure quality documentation and contribute to general testing efforts
• Support troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Ensure delivery of a high-quality system in line with user requirements
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth integration into operations

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Strong understanding of testing methodology and quality processes
• Excellent communication skills and a structured working approach
• Experience testing during the implementation of assignment management systems
• Familiarity with agile processes and agile project environments
• Industry experience from the energy sector
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written (all documentation is in Swedish)

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

• Broad testing experience across multiple industries
• Leadership experience within testing or related areas
• Experience performing risk analysis
• Experience in requirements gathering and analysis
• Familiarity with the dpSpatial system suite, including:
