Role: System Integrator / System Developer

Assignment Description:

We are seeking a System Integrator / Developer The consultant will contribute to several key sub-projects focused on improving digital communication channels across municipal services.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support all sub-projects in the Robusta program:
• eID/e-Service Identification
• Secure Digital Communication
• Secure Signing
• Digital Mail
• Analyse current IT infrastructure and recommend new technologies
• Assist in specifying technical requirements
• Implement new technical solutions across the municipality’s departments
• Collaborate with IT architects, business units, and external vendors
• Ensure long-term, sustainable, and user-friendly digital systems

Requirements (Must-Have):

• 5+ years of experience in system development, with focus on integration and technical requirements
• Experience working with municipal systems (e.g. education, social services, case management, e-services) – gained within the past 10 years
• Practical experience with integration platforms/message buses, such as:
• MuleSoft
• BizTalk
• Azure Integration Services or equivalents
• Experience collaborating with IT architects and vendors
• Proficient in Swedish and English
