Role: Senior UX Designer

Location: Malmö, Sweden

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in all design phases—from early discovery and prototyping to final UI design and implementation follow-up.
• Create and iterate on prototypes for desktop, tablet, and mobile use cases.
• Independently conduct user research and usability testing with real end-users.
• Translate user insights, business needs, and technical constraints into UX strategies.
• Map user journeys and define user flows to streamline interaction paths.
• Deliver polished and validated designs, ready for implementation and review.
• Conduct regular design reviews with product and development teams.
• Partner closely with developers, designers, and product leaders to ensure alignment.
• Advocate for the end-user, ensuring intuitive and accessible design solutions.
• Ensure UX outcomes meet the expectations and KPIs set by business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in researching and user testing digital product experiences.
• Proficient in creating consistent designs using established design systems.
• Familiarity with user research tools and conducting both in-person and remote tests.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile UX best practices and digital patterns.
• Experience in designing accessible interfaces aligned with WCAG standards.
• Ability to define problems and lead workshops to explore design solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Interaction Design.
• Comfortable working with both quantitative and qualitative data to inform design.
• Organized and action-oriented approach to solving design challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in empowered product teams or product trio setups.
• Background in retail or sales environments.
• Exposure to global products with multi-lingual user interfaces.
