About your job
You address strategic questions and make sure our information exchange capabilities truly support collaboration, data reusability, and transparency. You work closely with both business and IT to define and prioritize integration needs and governance models—ensuring our information landscape drives growth, flexibility, and future digitalization efforts like AI. You help build a culture of security awareness, making sure everyone understands their role in protecting our information landscape—while keeping us ready for what’s next.

This position is based in either Stockholm or Sandviken, with bi-weekly travel to the other site. We offer a hybrid work setup, allowing you to work both from the office and remotely.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone experienced in managing information security in decentralized or distributed IT environments, ideally with a background as a CISO or senior leader in a large industrial company. You bring deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, threat management, and incident response—both in centralized and decentralized setups. You know how to lead cross-functional teams, navigate complex compliance landscapes, and ensure that operational security is in place. Experience with digital transformation, legal, compliance, and risk management is a strong plus. You’re strong in stakeholder management, as this is a key to showing the value of the work we are doing by using the full organization and securing the right priorities to mitigate enterprise risks.
