Your Role:

As the Packaging Specialist for the competence area Application Packaging you will be part of the team that is responsible for the packaging process of the clients at our Business Units.

· Perform package dispatcher tasks as are application setup documentation, application testing, mainly handled via AMO portal

· Perform mass application distributions and removals via the application deployment system Intune / SCCM

· Maintain packaged applications in related systems as are: Client Software catalog, Active Directory

· Work with the ticket allocation system BMC-Remedy

· Handle of mainly PowerShell, but also VBS, BAT, scripts

· Troubleshooting tasks around MSI / App-V / MSIX package related issues

· Create reports and template reports in SQL, Power BI

· Support Technical Product Roadmaps

· Support Incidents, Problem Management, Critical Incidents, etc.

· Technical project support

Your profile

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 10-15 years' experience in IT
• High experience in application packaging and PowerShell scripting
• Experienced in creating / maintaining a managed enterprise client
• Knowledge in Microsoft related Client/Server/Cloud products
• Knowledge and experience with MDT / SCCM / Intune and other deployment technologies
• Experience in action ITIL processes
• Good knowledge in IT security
• A proven ability to communicate with technical experts, customers and other stakeholders
• Ability to manage stakeholders at times of conflicting interests
• A very good ability to work independently on assignments within a set timetable, sets own priorities
• The ability to build trust and confidence and to be a team player in an international team
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Meritorious:

• An Master's degree in a technical field or the equivalent level of education
• Experience in customer transition & offshore projects
• Troubleshooting/Problem solving skills and providing L3 support
• Knowledge deployment of the application and testing of the MSI application

Personality:

You enjoy working both independently, self-driven, and in a small diverse team and you are focused on reaching results on time. You are not afraid to come up with suggestions of improvement, have excellent communication skills, are highly motivated and are a constantly developing type of person.
