This is a team where excellence is the standard. Every member brings deep expertise within EDU Hardware Systems – Transmission, E-machine and Inverter. The strength lies not only in individual talent, but in the cross functional collaboration in SOP projects and daily contact with China.

With deep knowledge in system engineering, requirement handling and functional Safety we provide local support to European market customers. What You’ll Do:

You will play a vital role in the team leading, mentoring, and empower the team to exceed goals and deliver according to customer requirements. We offer you the possibility to inspire others and in parallel being accountable for the teams delivery.

Tasks will include:

• Drive performance and clear roadblocks
• Being the 1st escalation chain towards customers
• Your day-to-day is a fast-paced mix of setting priorities, coaching, aligning cross-functional goals, and making smart decisions under pressure
• Contribute to the ways of working to meet an ASPICE and ISO26262 compliant system
• General Personnel management such as development talks, salary setting etc.
• Drive accountability and foster a positive culture
• You will be a core member and contributor to the R&D management team reporting to the Director of R&D.
• Business trips to customers and mother company in China will occur from time to time.

We are looking for

Someone that is driven by a deep passion for empowering people and mastering cutting-edge techniques.

We believe that you have a leading role from SOP projects preferably in automotive. To be successful in the role it is a strong merit if you have experience of cocreation/deliveries with Chinese counterparts.

You have a proven track record of leading, inspiring and motivate teams with high seniority, preferably within the Functional safety area and ASPICE compliant projects. We take it for granted that you have been a part of changes and contributed to new methods and ways of working.

As a person you are prestige less with a can-do attitude. We are looking for someone that actively listens and recognize that listening and good communication is key to successful collaboration and building strong relationships. Our Office; The InfiMotion office is conveniently located within the Uni3 campus at Pumpgatan 1, on Lindholmen in Gothenburg. The office is easily accessible by car, bus, or the newly introduced ferry service.

For those driving, there are parking facilities available around Lindholmen. Please note that ongoing extensive roadworks are in progress to enhance future tram connections which may cause delays and inconvenience.

If you prefer public transport, simply get off at Pumpgatan or Regnbågsgatan when taking the bus. Alternatively, for ferry commuters, you'll get off at the Lundbystrand ferry terminal.
