Cambrex is seeking a skilled IT/OT specialist to join our global team as a Product Owner within Manufacturing IT. In this role, you will manage and enhance critical manufacturing systems across a GxP-regulated environment, driving improvements and ensuring seamless data integration between operations and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Product Owner for one or more manufacturing systems.
• Act as the go-to expert for manufacturing processes, specializing in OT systems and understanding how data can be subscribed and published to provide business value.
• Collaborate closely with SAP MM/WM Product Owners, OT/DCS/MES resources at manufacturing sites, and IT infrastructure and integration teams.
• Drive improvements within manufacturing products in a global, GxP-regulated environment.
• Lead and support implementation and change projects within your areas of expertise.
• Maintain and improve system documentation in both English and Swedish.
• Provide hands-on 3rd-line support, training, and guidance to the business.
• Report functionally to the Global Director of the Value Stream and work closely within a strong IT/OT team in Karlskoga, Sweden.

Your profile:

We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented individual with:

• At least 4 years’ experience in areas such as IIoT, Control Systems, UNS, MES and/or SAP MM/WM/PP (Material Management & Warehouse Management).
• Experience with manufacturing operations methods, processes, and change management (an advantage).
• Strong cross-functional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex stakeholder scenarios.
• Solid understanding of IT procedures, policies, and end-to-end business processes.
• Hands-on expertise in installation, troubleshooting, and support activities.
• Fluency in English and Swedish (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience leading implementation and change projects within large organizations.
• Experience working in GxP-regulated environments (pharmaceutical, biotech, or similar industries).
• Ability to take operational leadership and foster engagement within teams.
