About the position

As a Specialist in Occupational Health and Safety, you will collaborate closely with our production team and other departments within the company to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Your primary focus is to control working conditions, optimize processes, and actively participate in the development of occupational health and safety initiatives.

Main responsibilities

  • Compliance with occupational health and safety and fire protection regulations on the premises of the Plant.
  • Control of working conditions and compliance with regulations and rules of occupational health and safety.
  • Achieving the planned indicators: delivery accuracy, quality, production efficiency, yield, S+5S, health and safety, costs.
  • Collaboration with other departments within the company to optimize processes.
  • Cost control in the subordinate area.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Active participation in initiating and developing various forms of popularization of occupational health and safety issues and ergonomics.


About You

  • Higher education with specialization in health and safety (including postgraduate studies).
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in occupational health and safety.
  • Very good knowledge of health and safety laws and procedures.
  • Communicative knowledge of English (at least B1-B2 level).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office. • Responsibility, commitment, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and readiness for business trips (1-2 times a month).
  • Professional experience within H&S area in a manufacturing or technical company is a plus.
