Job Summary

Would you like to drive the future of the product data management for packaging material, package, additional material and base material to secure they are fit to the growing demands from external and internal business stakeholders?

In this position, you will be collecting the business needs and driving the strategy and implementation of activities to secure the product data management, for the products in M&P ownership, will be fit for new requirements from internal and external demands. You will work with cross-company stakeholders to drive the changes, on both operational as well as strategical level.

The position is based in Lund and will be reporting to the Director Innovation Partnership and Specification Management in D&T Material & Package.

What you will do

• Collect and ensure the evolving business needs for product data are captured, well-defined, and prioritized
• Define and anchored a strategic roadmap to deliver on the business needs
• Drive the implementation of the roadmap and secure timely deliverables
• Secure the transformation to a new specification system is managed in an effective way
• Work closely with project teams within Next Chapter System Program and PLM competences in D&T Systems Engineering & Quality to understand the big picture and map how all systems and tools fit together, fulfilling our future needs.

We believe you have

• Proven track record for change management
• Project management experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong ability to bring structure, simplify, visualize and communicate complex systems
• Experience or interest in IT solutions and systems architecture to manage product data from customers to suppliers.
• Experience in requirements and configuration management is preferred
• Master’s degree in engineering, System Science or Information Technology
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
