Assignment Description
We are looking for a System Administrator to join our client's service desk team in Malmö.
The role primarily involves providing user support and service to customers regarding various troubleshooting needs and account management.
You will also support hardware-related issues connected to the company’s system solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line user support via phone and ticketing system
- Handle incoming support cases on a rolling basis
- Troubleshoot network equipment issues
- Manage user accounts (creation, updates, deactivation)
- Assist with basic technical inquiries and hardware issues related to internal systems
Required Skills
- Experience in IT Helpdesk or Service Desk support
- Knowledge of basic network troubleshooting
- Proficiency in user account administration
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple incoming support cases efficiently
Language Requirements
- Swedish – Advanced (spoken & written)
