We are currently looking for a Business Controller to join our Real Estate function at Hitachi Energy, based in Ludvika or Västerås, Sweden. As we continue to grow in Sweden, our Real Estate team is driving several exciting projects. How you ́ll make an impact

• Supporting Real Estate manager with financial & strategic finance discussion and data
• Support & collaborate with members of the real estate, accounting and finance community
• Be part of budget, forecast and monthly processes to ensure accurate reporting
• Manage/support CIMT (investment tool) requests
• Ensure transparent and reliable financial data quality and reporting, following internal guidelines and in accordance with IFRS
• Continuously improving the controlling function and developing control systems, processes, and tools
• Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
• Proven experience in business controlling
• Excellent accounting and analytical skills are essential
• Real Estate experience
• Very good SAP and MS Office program skills
• Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English
• Team player with communication skills
