Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Test Coordinator to join our client’s team in Malmö. This role is key to the successful implementation of the ROSS transition bundle deliveries, including the rollout of products integrated with Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems.

You will work closely with both business and technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end (E2E) business process integration across ERP and related systems.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end (E2E) business scenario testing across multiple systems and products.
• Lead Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Ensure test scenarios align with core business and integration requirements.
• Support user acceptance testing and gather insights to improve system usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute testing strategies.
• Maintain alignment with agile project methodologies and timelines.

Current Tech Environment

• ERP systems in use: D365 Business Central 14 and/or Navision 2009 R2.
• Focus includes development and maintenance of current systems and the future rollout of D365 Finance and Operations.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in test coordination within ERP system environments, especially Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
• Strong understanding of E2E business process validation and integration testing.
• Skilled in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and scenarios.
• Familiarity with integration between ERP and digital platforms (e.g., CRM, e-commerce).
• Solid knowledge of modern testing tools, methods, and agile frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strategic and detail-oriented approach to testing complex systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced, uncertain environments and bringing structure to complexity.
