Job Title: Senior Service Design Consultant – Behavior-Changing Communication

Location: Malmö, Sweden (Onsite only)

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Service Design Consultant with deep experience in design thinking and behavior-influencing communication.

Key Responsibilities:

The assignment consists of two main components:

1. Assist in implementing the communication MVP targeting tourists and visitors in Skåne
2. Evaluate the MVP through on-site fieldwork, including user interviews and stakeholder dialogue

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven senior-level experience in service design / design thinking
• Expertise in behavioral communication, nudging, and influencing strategies
• Ability to lead exploratory innovation processes
• Strong skills in mapping and research of user behavior
