Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager

Location: Helsingborg, Sweden (Onsite only)

Assignment Description:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager on behalf of our client.

Project Background:

• The City needs to handle incoming communication securely and efficiently.
• The goal is to eliminate the use of email for handling sensitive information.
• The new solution must be on-premise and simple to deploy for quick implementation.
• You will work closely with the Contact Center to understand needs and drive delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical needs and solution requirements.
• Propose and present viable solutions, including impact on operations and workflows.
• Assess whether existing systems within the municipality can be reused.
• Lead the implementation of a minimal viable solution focusing on speed and compliance.
• May be assigned additional technical projects depending on availability and priority.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management.
• Strong hands-on technical skills – capable of configuring and delivering technical solutions.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional technical teams.
• Experience with implementation of secure, compliant IT systems.
• Swedish language fluency (spoken and written).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills.
• Previous experience in municipal or public-sector environments.
• Successful track record managing roll-out or deployment projects.
• Onsite presence is highly preferred – main office is located at Drottninggatan 14, Helsingborg.
