Job Title: Core Network Analyst

Seniority Level: Senior

Location: Lund, Sweden (25% Remote)

Main Responsibilities

• Handle network-related incidents and support requests
• Provide support for enterprise network and security technologies (LAN, WAN, Routing, DMVPN, VPN, Proxy, Data Centre technologies)
• Manage and coordinate with external service providers for implementations and escalations
• Participate in design and implementation of network projects
• Contribute to service improvements and proactive problem management
• Maintain network documentation and best practices

Technical Skills & Expertise

• Strong experience in core network operations and troubleshooting in wireless environments
• Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with:
• Cisco Wireless Controllers
• Cisco Prime
• TCP/IP, LAN, WAN
• Routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP)
• Policy-based routing, routing redistribution
• Spanning-tree, QoS
• Familiarity with network services such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, SNMP
• Cisco certification in Routing and Switching (preferred)
• Knowledge of IT Service Management processes:
• Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
• Continuous Service Improvement

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and fault isolation abilities
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
