Join our team as a Technical Engineering Manager in the Player Account Management (PAM) department and help shape the future of high-quality, scalable software solutions.

🛠 What You’ll Do:

• Lead a cross-functional engineering team and drive the delivery of secure, high-quality software
• Own the team’s technical roadmap—aligning business goals with robust system architecture
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Designers to build scalable solutions
• Mentor and coach engineers, foster ownership, and promote an inclusive team culture
• Drive agile practices and take full accountability for production stability and deliverables

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Team Lead, or similar leadership role
• Strong technical background in system design, architecture, and software development
• Skilled in Agile methodologies with a passion for improving engineering processes
• A problem-solver with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

✨ Nice to Have:

• Experience working closely with UX, product, and architecture teams
• Familiarity with modern development tools and AI-driven productivity solutions
