Role: After Sales Support – Product Functional Consultant

Assignment Description

We are seeking a Senior Functional Consultant for After Sales Support on behalf of our client. The focus is on designing and configuring Dynamics 365 Supply Chain modules, especially related to Sales & Marketing and Customer Returns, with a strong understanding of retail and commerce workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and design Dynamics 365 Supply Chain modules, particularly:
• Sales & Marketing
• Customer Returns
• Retail and Commerce
• ( Advantageous: Product Information, Inventory, Logistics, Warehouse, Procurement)
• Define and refine backlog items, user stories, and business requirements with the product team
• Participate in sprint planning and demonstrate configured functionalities to stakeholders
• Write and review design documents and test scenarios for customizations and reports in D365
• Map data and integrations across modules and systems
• Configure D365 Order and Return Order Management
• (Good to have knowledge in Case Management, Item Management, Master Planning, Warehousing, Procurement, Vendor Management)
• Support the team during build and implementation, including training and issue resolution
• Develop functional specs and collaborate with technical teams for seamless implementation
• Support acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet defined criteria
• Stay up to date on D365 Supply Chain updates and industry trends
• Actively collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the success of product delivery

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain
• Strong functional knowledge in Sales, Customer Returns, and Order Management
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to write clear and thorough documentation
• Proficient in English
