We’re now looking for a Principal Azure Integration Architect – someone who not only leads complex integration initiatives but also acts as a technology evangelist, inspiring both clients and colleagues through deep expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to communicate technical concepts with clarity and passion.

As a Principal Azure Integration Architect at Epical, you are both strategic and hands-on, a recognized expert who drives the development of our integration offering while shaping the success of client projects.

You’ll play a key role in:

• Technology Evangelism: Act as a trusted voice for Azure integration – sharing insights internally and externally through talks, white papers, workshops, and thought leadership.
• Strategic advisory: Guide our clients at C-level through their integration and API journeys, from vision and architecture to execution and governance.
• Technical excellence: Define and validate integration architectures based on Azure Integration Services. Support and mentor technical teams across delivery projects.
• Presales leadership: Represent Epical in presales discussions, articulating technical value and long-term benefits with clarity and impact.
• Competence development: Be a mentor and guide for integration consultants across the organization, championing best practices and continuous learning.

We believe you’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Extensive experience as a senior integration architect with deep expertise in Azure Integration Services.
• A track record of leading large-scale, business-critical integration projects, preferably across multiple industries.
• Strong consultative skills – you’re as comfortable in the boardroom as in the codebase.
• Experience in technical thought leadership – through speaking, writing, or mentoring.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for sharing knowledge and building communities.
• Fluent English (and preferably also Swedish).
• Based in Sweden with a valid work permit.

This is a permanent role based in Sweden, with the flexibility to work remotely or from any of our offices (Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Västerås, Örebro, or Skövde). You must reside in Sweden.
