The HDV Portfolio Manager for Volvo Trucks Heavy Duty Product Changes is a key role which closely supports the Program Management Office Director and VP HDV Range to manage the project portfolio within the Volvo Trucks Heavy Duty Vehicle Range.   For you as Portfolio Manager this includes administrating the governance, i.e. the Vehicle and IB Committee. You will be part of the development of the project portfolio process and work with a team of highly experienced and skilled people. You will report to the Program Management Office Director. The position includes working with global and cross functional network within the Volvo group. You will continuously be part of improving the efficiency of the operation and portfolio to enhance the way of working and ensure the best practices and continuous improvements. Main Activities and Core Responsibilities Prepare decision materials and secure that correct project portfolio documentation is completed and reviewed Administrate V&IB Steering Committee such as coordination and preparation, including agenda and minutes. Arrange HDV Range Prep-meetings  Portfolio Communication (preparation of document) •   Portfolio Report to Council  •   GTX EVP Score Card •   Free Flow, status report on the HDV portfolio  •   Portfolio Report to Committee HDV Range representant in Electric Vehicle Strategy team and in Base Veh Strategy Team  HDV FH-FM weekly portfolio review Monthly Portfolio budget Portfolio •   Decision planning  •   Performance measurements Who are you?  We trust you are a person who is proactive, structured and analytical with a strong drive and has a high energy level.
