We are now looking for a Scrum Master on the behalf of our client in Lund, Sweden.

You will work with two Scrum teams, facilitating, improving, supporting as well as coaching their daily work. The teams develop and life cycle manage package material for their carton packages.

Location: Lund, Sweden. Onsite, only.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Technical education at university level
• Experience working with teams and competence within team dynamics
• At least 3-5 years of experience from Scrum Master roles and preferably within material or hardware development
• Experience from Jira
• Building networks to understand and solve obstacles comes natural to you
• Experience in line management or other leadership roles will be considered a plus
• Your communication skills in English, both written and oral are on excellent level.
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Good at handling changes and dealing with ambiguity
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start working in Sweden right away
• Professional level of English - both oral and written

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Facilitating, improving, supporting as well as coaching two Scrum teams
