About the Role:

As our sole Regulatory Officer in the region, you’ll be a key player with significant responsibility – but never alone. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across Europe who are happy to share their expertise. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys working close to the business, and is passionate about contributing to the green innovations of tomorrow.

As Regulatory Officer, you will have a broad and central role, ensuring our products comply with all relevant laws and regulations in the Scandinavian market. You’ll act as a vital link between our local business needs and global standards, working closely with both R&D and Marketing. The role reports to your line manager based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support our Scandinavian operations and product portfolio in all regulatory matters
• Manage and maintain registrations for plant protection products, biocides, and fertilizers in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark
• Collaborate with our EU Regulatory team on submission and renewal of registrations
• Prepare and update safety data sheets, labels, and other documentation
• Monitor and interpret new legislation and communicate relevant updates internally
• Represent Evergreen Garden Care in industry associations and in contact with regulatory authorities
• Provide regulatory input to procurement and supply chain processes

We’re looking for someone who has:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – preferably complemented by a master’s or PhD
• At least 4 years of regulatory experience, ideally within plant protection, fertilizers, and/or biocides
• Deep understanding of local and European regulatory requirements and how to apply them throughout the product lifecycle
• Experience working in an international matrix organization
• Ability to build and leverage strategic networks and partnerships
• A clear business focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish)
