Your role and responsibilities

• Lead implementation of safety standards, as e.g. ISO 13849-1, ensuring compliance in system design and validation.
• Conduct risk assessments in line with ISO 13849-1.
• Develop and deliver training on ISO 13849-1 requirements and best practices for engineers and project teams.
• Support safety documentation and audits, including safety requirement specifications, validation plans, and technical files.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with internal stakeholders, customers, and external collaborators to align objectives and drive impactful outcomes

Qualifications for the role

• M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in functional safety, preferably within industrial robotics.
• Proven leadership in roles such as Safety Manager, Project Manager, or similar.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
