Assignment – Senior UX Designer for Web Application Experience

We are seeking a driven and experienced UX Designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable taking full ownership of their design work. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the user experience of a complex web application that serves a wide range of both internal and external users.

You will work closely with product owners, analysts, and developers to design intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly interfaces. Your responsibilities will include creating and structuring information architecture based on user roles and needs, mapping interaction flows, and building clickable prototypes to explore and validate new functionality.

Validation will primarily be conducted with internal user groups, and you will be responsible for clearly documenting your design concepts using visual assets and written rationale. Your work will serve as a foundation for the development team and will require excellent communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

In addition to design tasks, you’ll be involved in gathering requirements and translating business processes into usable design patterns. You’ll also support ongoing development by ensuring that your design intentions are understood and implemented correctly, sometimes working directly with external development teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine information architectures and interaction models based on user roles and workflows
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to support new feature development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align user needs with business goals
• Conduct design validation sessions with end users and adjust based on feedback
• Deliver clear and comprehensive documentation of design decisions and user journeys
• Support the development process by communicating design rationale and intentions to developers and product teams
• Coordinate with external teams when needed to ensure seamless implementation

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in UX design focused on web-based applications
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and modern UI/UX standards
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders and technical staff
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Strong ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems through design and values both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. On-site presence is required to ensure tight collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
