Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Lead – Software Verification & Quality Assurance to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead software testing activities within a development program, overseeing both manual and automated testing
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive test strategy and roadmap to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality software deliveries
• Collaborate with project managers and program stakeholders to align testing plans with project milestones
• Contribute to the formulation of requirements from a testing perspective and support test case development
• Drive innovation in the testing process, considering time, cost, scope, and quality
• Manage test reporting and ensure effective communication of results and progress across the organization
• Coordinate and guide the testing team to execute verification plans efficiently and effectively

• Proven experience in developing test strategies for complex software systems
• Demonstrated leadership in planning and executing software testing activities
• Solid background in project-based work with a focus on product development milestones
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative, solutions-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic technical environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field
• Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate effectively across teams
• Strong customer focus and a mindset for cross-functional collaboration
• Experience as a test lead in previous assignments is highly valued
• Swedish language skills are an advantage
