Assignment Description

We are seeking a Finance Support professional for our client in Gothenburg.

You will support the Financial Services team in managing inventory financing and factoring activities, ensuring data accuracy across various systems, and compiling reports to support decision-making processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of data across multiple systems related to financial operations.
• Compile and analyze financial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Provide support across key financial areas, including:
• Trade Finance – Credit lines for cars shipped from factories to markets or Polestar.
• Market RCF (Revolving Credit Facility) – Financing of Polestar-owned inventory in market locations.
• Factoring – Managing invoice discounting processes.
• Working Capital – Supporting working capital optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance roles.
• Strong attention to detail and experience working with large, unstructured datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic project management knowledge and experience.
