Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer – Driveline & Gearbox Systems to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Serve as a senior test engineer within a team responsible for gearbox component development.
• Operate and manage test rigs involving complete driveline systems.
• Take ownership of your project area and proactively drive tasks forward.
• Address complex and technical challenges throughout the testing process.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders to ensure test quality and system performance.
• Execute and refine test scripts to support automation and data analysis.
• Conduct hands-on testing and troubleshooting on-site at the Södertälje facility.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the test environment.

What you bring:

• Proven experience working with driveline systems in test rig environments.
• Strong background in script programming for test automation and analysis.
• Previous hands-on experience with the test setups and processes used by this customer.
• Ability to independently manage testing tasks and resolve technical issues.
• C driving license (valid in Sweden).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
