We’re looking for a strategic, consumer-first Content Lead to shape the post-purchase journey across our clients' digital platforms. If you're passionate about creating meaningful online experiences that drive engagement and conversion, this role is for you.
You will work closely with the full Web Content Team.
What you’ll do:
Craft and manage a smart content strategy focused on user experience after purchase
Own content planning, creation, and performance across our digital touchpoints
Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Local Markets) to launch key initiatives and product campaigns
Use data (GA4, SEO tools, etc.) to drive decisions and optimize web content performance
Champion brand consistency and content compliance
You bring:
4+ years of experience in digital content and UX strategy
A knack for collaboration and cross-team communication
CMS know-how (e.g. Drupal, WordPress, EpiServer, Magento, etc.)
Google Analytics skills (GA4 a plus)
A consumer-first mindset with an eye for detail and impact
