DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the team through transitions to build skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, and technical areas.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to the team.
Identify key insights and offer actionable recommendations.
Influence team strategy through effective communication.
Adapt quickly to changes in workflows, processes, procedures, or product features.
Lead projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and development.
Ensure consistent performance in alignment with relevant service level metrics.
Manage daily operations to maintain consistent quality and productivity across channels.
Maximize value for advertisers through efficient processes.
Set team goals and collaborate with direct reports to develop strategies for achieving results.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English (at least C1 level), both written and oral.
Proven experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
At least 2 years of prior people management experience.
BA/BS degree preferred.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, paired with creative problem-solving skills.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
High level of integrity, both personally and professionally.
