About the organization and role
In this role, you will join the Consumer Direct Interaction
- Experience Organization (CDI XO) which consists of two product domains: Digital Commerce and Digital Post Purchase with several Product Areas within.
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner (TPO) to join the Digital post-purchase domain.
The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
In this role, you will be part of a cross-domain team responsible for developing the core platform that will be supporting both Digital Commerce and Post Purchase.
You will work closely with the other Product Owners and the Product Manager for the area to define the strategy and roadmap while working daily with the engineering team to lead the development and rollout activities.
The Core Platform team will be responsible for consumer registration, product registration, service booking, Data as a Product (ODL), Order lifecycle management, Subscription & Payments, Side by Side extension, and messaging.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Technical Liaison:
- API &
Data Project Execution:
Plan and manage the backlog for API, microservices, ETL, and system integration projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Alignment &
Scope Definition:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, balancing technical feasibility with business needs.
- Technical Communication &
Translation:
Act as the primary point of contact, translating technical complexities into clear, actionable information for non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical Guidance &
Road Mapping:
Provide technical insights and develop project roadmaps and documentation.
- Process Optimization &
Best Practices:
Identify and implement process improvements and ensure adherence to best practices for documentation, tracking, and prioritization.

Workflow Improvement:
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in communication and workflows between technical and non-technical teams.
Qualifications:
- Development &
Product Experience:
5-8 years of professional experience with a strong focus on coding and digital product development.

Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

Core Technical Skills:
In-depth understanding of backend development, API design, microservices architecture, and ETL processes.

Technical Landscape:
Familiarity with legacy systems, major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and contemporary development frameworks.

Project Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects or programs, including utilizing Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Project Management Tools:
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and Trello.

Preferred Skills:
Hands-on coding experience, and familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure (CI/CD pipelines).

This is a full-time position, based at our Electrolux Headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.
