In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving new business opportunities.
You will play a crucial role in prospecting, qualifying leads, and facilitating sales conversations to help expand the company’s market presence.
This is a full-time, hybrid position, requiring at least three days per week in the office after training.
Your Role
- Develop and execute proactive outreach strategies based on market trends and customer needs
- Engage with potential clients through various communication channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Effectively communicate the value of products and services to prospective clients
- Assess client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market
- Facilitate meetings and calls between prospective clients and the sales team
- Meet and exceed performance KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Design, present, and execute market campaigns, reporting results to internal teams
- Stay informed about the client’s products, services, and industry developments
Your Requirements
- Fluent Swedish (C1) and proficient English (B2+)
- Passion for sales and business development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience in business development or sales, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Ability to deliver a solutions-focused sales approach and create exceptional customer experiences
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.io) is a plus
- Technologically adept with a strong interest in tech and innovation
- Ability to prospect independently and build a strong sales pipeline
