About the position

We at Perido are looking for a Business IT Analyst for our client. The company is a world-leading supplier of transport solutions and together with partners and customers, they are driving the transition to a sustainable transport system. The position is located at our client's large headquarters in Södertälje.

Your daily tasks

In collaboration with the Product Owner, you will lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of business and technology initiatives across various flows. This includes defining the scope, goals, and expected outcomes of each initiative in close cooperation with stakeholders and technical teams. You will also develop and manage timelines, allocate resources, and assign tasks to ensure smooth progress.

Other tasks:

• Monitor initiative progress, proactively identify risks or blockers, and implement mitigation plans.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and momentum.
• Track and report initiative status, milestones, and performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
• Document business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks and deliverables within the initiative.
• Ensure that proposed solutions align with business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints.
• Support testing, training, and rollout activities to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing initiative outcomes and integrating lessons learned into future efforts.

You are a meticulous and quality-conscious person. Attentive, cooperative, and service-oriented, you have the ability to independently coordinate multiple tasks in a high-paced environment. You are passionate about process improvement and IT, and you bring energy and enthusiasm to everything you do. With your strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, you are an excellent communicator. You also excel at meeting deadlines and structuring your work efficiently.

• Master's degree in engineering degree or similar
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English

Contract type and hours

Full-time consulting assignment until 2026-12-20. Start 2025-08-20.
