Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to join our client's team, focusing on power protection systems (UPS) for critical facilities. You will be responsible for driving sales in line with the company’s strategy while supporting customers through the entire sales process — from initial contact to delivery and handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems for critical facilities.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full customer journey:
  • Contact potential clients
  • Understand technical needs
  • Propose tailored solutions
  • Prepare quotations
  • Oversee delivery and handover
  • Work closely with the internal Power Protection team (manager, planners, technicians).
  • Coordinate with suppliers and partners to find optimal technical solutions.
  • Combine sales with mini-project management responsibilities.
  • Adhere to company values of safety and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Electrical Engineering or Control Systems Engineering.
  • Proven experience in selling complete electrical solutions for industries, data centers, or critical facilities.
  • Advantageous to have experience with UPS systems, batteries, and DC systems.
  • Strong interest in deepening expertise within the UPS field.
  • Valid Category B driver's license.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluent in both English and Swedish (spoken and written).
  • Detail-oriented and passionate about technology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and empathetic approach.
  • Motivated by learning and continuous professional development.
