Job Description
As a Supply & Demand Planner, you will collaborate closely with both Sales Market, Global and Regional teams to ensure the seamless execution of regional demand fulfilment, spurring sales and growth.
You will work with the Global Assortment team to adapt and implement global strategies, influencing prices, quantities, and product lifecycles that best suit our customer needs.
Your role involves leading cross-functional initiatives, providing insights for commercial planning, and optimizing buying methods.
Effective communication and collaboration with these teams are crucial to achieving the company's objectives and maximizing profitable growth.
As Supply & Demand Manager for Region Southern Hemisphere you.
- Develop top-down plan on total regional demand and supply plan, ensuring defined selling (net and gross), stock and reduction cost targets in alignment with regional strategy, financial plan, and stock to sales net plan
- Ensure sum of sales markets & customer group plans are in line with total regional plan
- Provide rolling update on forecast and deviation from plan on region and market level (short, mid & long term) to high light potential action needs such as buying or stock activation
- Maximize short and long-term profitable growth for offer in the region.
- Adapt and implement a global assortment strategy aligned with the company's objectives and regional needs.
- Optimize the Global assortment strategy to meet regional needs by defining key must wins in collaboration with the Assortment team.
- Influence prices, quantities, income per period, assortment width, and manage regional product lifecycle through collaboration with assortment teams.
- Optimize net selling by establishing clear commercial priorities per channel, by identifying and acting on the sales opportunities/threats.
- Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure the team meets or exceeds performance targets.
- Lead cross functional initiatives and deep dives to enhance an omni supply and demand planning targets.
- Contribute insights to global & regional counter parts for commercial planning strategy discussions.
- Build supporting tools to clearly communicate the buying and simplify the overall collaborations between functions
- Optimize buying method and seek for data inaccuracies to secure the total buying lands according to the plan.
- Work closely with assortment on securing necessary moves, product actions, price actions and cancellations needed for the region
Qualifications
We are looking for people with…
- A deep understanding of buying and planning
- An understanding of stock management strategies and practices as well as logistics, allocation, store operation and online sales
- High analytical skills as well as a high level of salesmanship
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- 3-5 years' experience merchandising, stock management, buying or planning, preferably experience from both retail and digital

Additional Information
This position is an 18-month contract starting June, 2025, based in Stockholm, Sweden.
