About the role
As our Head of Operations, you will report to the Chief Product Technology & Operations Officer and play a key role in driving operational excellence across the business.
You’ll lead the continuous improvement of processes and routines across key departments such as: Customer Center, AML & Fraud Prevention, Client Onboarding (B2B & B2C) and Instore Payments (Point-of-Sale)
You’ll be responsible for developing scalable processes, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational efficiency as we grow.
This is a critical role that blends strategy with execution, and people leadership with data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and improve processes across customer-facing and back-office functions.
- Ensure compliance, quality, and risk mitigation across AML, fraud, and onboarding.
- Work closely with Product, Tech, and Compliance to align operations with business needs.
- Drive automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop teams across operational departments.
- Define and track KPIs to monitor performance and identify opportunities.
- Act as a key partner to the CPTO and leadership team in shaping the operational strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role, ideally in fintech, banking, management consulting or another regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of operational processes within customer service, onboarding, AML/fraud, or payments.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for efficiency and structure.
- Experienced in scaling teams and building cross-functional alignment.
- Natural leader and communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.
