Location: Stockholm Who we are looking for: Business Development Lead – Utilities Your responsibilities: - develop and manage relationships with clients in the utilities sector; - design and present digital transformation solutions related to capital projects and engineering operations; - support sales activities, including proposal development and participation in RFPs; - lead client meetings and workshops together with cross-functional teams; - drive execution of strategic Industry X opportunities in Sweden. Requirements: - fluent English, both spoken and written; - 10+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or strategic sales; - previous experience in the automation, utilities, or oil & gas industry; - experience leading digital transformation programs and managing teams; - familiarity with capital project planning, BIM, IoT, and digital asset management is an advantage.
