Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a team focused on optimizing an embedded perception/vision stack for the automotive industry. The work involves improving system performance and utilizing hardware acceleration efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Profiling & Optimization
• Rewrite functions to improve speed and efficiency
• Maximize use of hardware resources, including accelerators
• Experimentation
• Design and conduct experiments to test and validate optimization techniques
• Programming
• Develop and optimize software using C and C++
• Work within a POSIX-like environment

Required Qualifications

• Strong passion for performance tuning and system optimization (both high and low level)
• Solid proficiency in C and C++ programming
• Hands-on experience working in POSIX-like environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to innovate and experiment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with QNX operating systems
