We’re looking for a Frontend Developer with a passion for frontend development to join our Product Growth team, focusing on optimizing our in-app signup funnel. Your mission is to help more people discover and get started with Natural Cycles by building seamless, user-friendly experiences that drive conversion.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the first touchpoints of our app – implementing experiments, running A/B tests, and iterating fast based on real-time results. Your work will directly impact growth and give you visibility into how your code influences key metrics.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-informed, and user-focused environment. You care about writing clean and scalable code, and enjoy experimenting and learning from the results. You shine in collaboration and communication, and take pride in being a responsible and autonomous team player. You're comfortable working remotely in a setting where asynchronous communication is the foundation.

Please note that we are hiring for this role in Sweden. What you will be doing

• Ship top-quality, performant, accessible, inclusive user interfaces, features and products

• Work on the features of the Natural Cycles core App (built as a Hybrid Web application, packaged for iOS and Android)

• Work in an agile team together with other developers, product manager, designers & testers

• Work in close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization to deliver top-quality user interfaces and features

• Work hands-on with data insights and analytics and if possible, always take the data driven approach

• Ensure continuous delivery of new releases while working in an agile way

• Maintain a healthy codebase

What skills and experience we think you have

• Experience in frontend development: building websites, web applications, responsive layout

• Good understanding of modern CSS (e.g Flexbox, Grid), experience with modern pre/post-processors, such as SASS, PostCSS

• Experience with TypeScript and Angular framework (or ability to quickly learn)

• Experience working with git, github, pull requests, code review etc.

• Minimum 2 years of experience

Not required but it would be a bonus if you also have:

• Experience working with an app

• Experience working with conversion rate optimization

• Commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers

• A passion for women’s health

• Highly automated CI pipelines (Github Actions)

• AppStore/GooglePlay releases on a biweekly basis

• We <3 Open Source, encourage Open Source contributions and often open our general-purpose repositories

Location

We are remote-friendly, but we find great value in being able to connect with our teams in person. Most of the product growth team you will work with is located in Stockholm. Not living in Sweden? No problem! We offer relocation support to help you move.
