You believe every misfortune is an opportunity to learn, you identify risks and propose compelling immediate and long-term corrective actions. You understand the customer perspective, our capabilities and the quality standards that we are complying to. Your responsibility is to ensure a balance between these areas. You have close contact with certain customers, and strong collaborations with production and participate in cross-functional teams. As a member of the Quality Department, you have support by a dedicated team with an ambition to raise Gränges quality to a higher level.   Responsibilities:  • Host external audit and assist in internal audits • Administrate customer quality documentation • Quality representative in internal cross-functional forums and customer teams • Customer claims • Continuous quality improvements in production  • Improve processes owned by Quality Department Hard Skills (Competencies/Experiences Required):  • Higher education (Engineering, BSc) • > 3 years work experience from manufacturing industry, preferably automotive or battery. • Knowledge and experience in some quality tools: e.g. internal audit, 8D, FMEA, CP, SOP, MSA, SPC, 6σ, Ishikawa, problem solving and statistics. • Merit with work experience from ISO-9001 and knowledge of the quality standards IATF-16949 and VDA • English language required, Swedish preferred (written and spoken), German/Chinese/French is a bonus Soft Skills (Personality Needed):  • Team player • Problem solver • Strong communication skills (spoken and written) • Organizational/structural mindset  Location:  Finspång  If you have any question, please contact, Quality Manager Gränges Finspång,  Robert Dahlqvist [email protected]  Apply latest: 2025-05-31
