As the Manager of Industrialization Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Saab's production, ensuring our cutting-edge surveillance systems are delivered with unmatched efficiency and quality. As part of the Production Development team, you'll lead a dynamic group of Industrialization Engineers who are essential to our ability to deliver surveillance systems efficiently and effectively. Your team will play a key role in new product introductions, ensuring smooth transitions from design to production, and optimizing existing production processes to meet evolving customer needs. You'll be responsible for: * Strategic Planning & Execution: Aligning your team's efforts with overall production strategy, including operational planning, workforce development, and resource allocation. * Team Leadership & Development: Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment, empowering your team members to excel in areas like make/buy decisions, capacity analysis, producibility analysis, technology transfer, investment planning, production flow optimization, and production layout design. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering closely with Production Engineering, Manufacturing, and Design departments to ensure seamless integration and innovation throughout the production lifecycle. * Continuous Improvement: Championing a culture of ongoing process refinement and optimization within your team and across Production Development. You will drive the Industrialization Engineering team in shaping the future of Saab's production, ensuring efficient and innovative solutions. Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrialization, or a related field (equivalent experience considered). * Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment. * Strategic Mindset: Ability to connect strategic objectives with day-to-day operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English. Desired Skills & Experience: * Prior experience in a leadership role within Industrialization Engineering or a similar field. * Deep understanding of production processes and best practices. * Familiarity with quality standards, such as IPC.
