Assignment Description
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Technician for our client in Gothenburg.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic technical support environment, supporting global internal users and working with innovative healthcare technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line technical support for internal users globally.
- Handle TENA SmartCare support tickets via Zendesk (both software and hardware related).
- Perform firmware upgrades and monitor device functionality.
- Deliver effective solutions and clear communication to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate complex issues with the 3rd line support team.
- Maintain documentation and troubleshooting procedures.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience working with medical device products is a strong plus.
- Comfortable supporting both software and hardware issues.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk.
