Role: Test Leader

Seniority Level: Senior

Locations: Stockholm or Karlstad, Sweden

Workload: 75% of full-time

Remote Work: 25% (Onsite 75%)

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead testing activities and contribute hands-on when needed
• Create and maintain test strategies and test plans
• Participate actively in agile development teams
• Share knowledge and contribute to competency building within the team
• Collaborate with other services within Inera
• Provide regular reporting to stakeholders to ensure delivery quality
• Ensure delivery of agreed-upon results

Consultant Level: Senior (Level 4)

• Knowledge: High generalist competence or deep specialization
• Experience: 9–12+ years as a consultant in the field, with proven delivery in large-scale assignments
• Leadership: Capable of leading larger groups
• Independence: Operates with a high degree of autonomy

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in test leadership
• Minimum 4 years of experience in exploratory testing
• Minimum 4 years of experience in agile project or assignment leadership
• Minimum 4 years of experience developing test strategies
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Git
• Experience in requirements analysis and business development
• Experience with testing or test leadership in container environments (Kubernetes)
• Experience with both system and acceptance testing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with national e-health services and platforms
• Familiarity with eHealth standards such as RIVTA
• Experience in test automation tools such as Cypress and SoapUI
